Day 7

Nothing much is happening today. James took me out for a nice English lunch at Lord Dudleys.Then we came back for a rest then James went out with his ex colleagues while G and Ross took me out that night.

We started out at the Opera House, having a glass of wine at the Opera Bar. That place has amazing views. Then went for a quick bite at MacDonalds (Singapore's much better) then off to Oxford Street for more drinks. We got turned away at a few clubs coz I didn't have any ID on me so we went to Giligan's and had the birthday countdown there. A little after midnight James turned up with his friends Chris and Dallas and introduced them to me. G and Ross left and I stayed on with James.

Day 8

Ross made a carrot cake cupcake for me and lit a candle on it.

Today is the Big Day Out. James and I set off at about 2 and took a train down to the Sydney Olympic Park (Sydney Showground) I loved the train ride down and enjoyed the weather, althoguh it was a tad bit too sunny. We immediately went for The Magic Numbers who were already into their first song. The were f*ucking amazing. Very very good live, even techno-loving James said they were great. It was very easy going, the whole event. Then we had a bite to eat and went off to the main stage for Kings of Leon and then Franz Ferdinand after that. We also saw Living End and some other bands.

AFter all the sun and good music, we plopped ourselves in front of another stage area and just fell asleep on the grass. Woke up and hour later and went for some food and left for home.

We were supposed to go out after going home to change but we were too tired to go out.
